Dr. Mingxue Yang
MD, Ph.D., FACOG

Dr. Mingxue Yang is an internationally celebrated, NY infertility doctor, board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a clinical Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical College. He has been selected as a Top Obstetrician & Gynecologist in the United States since 2009.
Dr. Yang specializes in minimally invasive procedures and gentle ovarian stimulation protocols. In the past 10 years, Dr. Yang has independently finished more than 15,000 egg retrievals and hysteroscopy procedures as well as more than 10,000 fresh and frozen embryo transfers. He has a strong interest in treating patients with PCOS, diminished ovarian reserve, low-dose stimulation and high-dose stimulation IVF and uterine lining issues. Dr. Yang is the founder of the “moderate stimulation protocol” which has been used in most clinical practice. He was also a pioneer and contributor in the development of GV retrieval.
Dr. Yang received his doctorate of medicine from Henan Medical College, his Master’s Degree and Ph.D. from Tongji Medical University in China. He completed his internship and residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at NYU’s School of Medicine and the New York Downtown Hospital. Upon graduating from residency training, he was appointed as teaching attending in the Department of OB/GYN at New York Downtown Hospital affiliated with New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System and Weill Cornell Medical College. He has published more than 30 papers in internationally recognized journals.
In 2005, Dr. Yang received numerous awards; 1) a research presentation Award by New York Downtown Hospital; 2) Presentation Award at 28th Annual Scientific Meeting of the New York Perinatal Society; 3) an award for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
In 2006, He received the National Faculty Award for Excellence in Resident Education by the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In 2017, He received the “Patients’ Choice Award” from Vitals.
